Just done mine. Sounds awesome. This is by far the best mod for your SS. We made ours from Polished Stanless Steel with polished tips. Simply have your local shop cut yours off at the weld.

Sounds like my Borla on my LS6 ZO6. Damn glad I choose to try this method first. Sound is awesome. Not to loud though.

My guy says he will make them from Stainless with the same stainless tips with hangers for $225. These cars have 4 cats and 2 resonators along with the two mufflers. You would be a fool to buy a catback system with this car.

Hang in there Ive canceled several times and reordered. It is well worth the wait. I have heard this from everyone here but I is so very true. The muffler delete is the best system I have heard yet.

Sold on it already Lawdogg. Did you use the stock chrome tips?

Yes I did. There isn't much room to cut them off the mufflers though. We also used stainless for the piping. This combo should be buildable for $100 installed using your tips. Be sure to line up the damn tips though hardest part.

The pipe has to me bent. My guy can bend and weld aftermarket tips from stainless for $225. Its not that hard for a good shop to do though. It will be the best damn money you spend on the car though. Stock exhaust sucks.
