Just bought a Camaro today !

It is a 2010 RS 2LT package, 29,000 Miles .
Paid $18,200 Out the Door. Is that a fair price ?

the only thing is the drivers side headlight is burnt out, do you really have to take the whole front fascia off to change the bulb ? Or is there an easier way ? I checked youtube and that's the only way i saw

Nice and low mileage. Price varies with options and condition.
You saved yourself a ton of depreciation over new.
As long as your happy it was a deal.... Enjoy.

Thanks. Yeah I'm happy with it, leather, paddle shif/sport, remote start, RS package, and 31.8 mpg the whole 3 hr drive home

Anyone know about changing the headlight ? Does the front fascia have to come off ? Or is hat only if your taking out the whole assembly ?

Welcome to the forum. I am about 99% sure that all you have to do is first, lift & block the car up using 2 in. BY 12 in. boards at the front sub- frame bolt location, remove the front wheel using an assistant to push in on the brakes, then remove the wheel.

Next, remove the inner plastic fender liner by removing all of the the plastic push-pin fasteners using a flat blade screw driver. Slide the screw driver blade under the the head of the push-pin & pull it out untill it stops. You then can get under the bottom flange of the fastener & pull it right out.

After you have removed all of the push-pin fasteners, you can remove the inner plastic fender liner. You will then have access to the back side of the head light assy. & then you can remove & replace the bulb.

Do NOT even think about removing the front wheel, untill the car is blocked up!

Check your owners manual for the correct bulb. Also, your local Chevrolet dealer service department can help you with getting the correct bulb as well as gaining access to the bulb.

Hope this helps. I also will not be held responsible for ANY of the above information.

Also I forgot to mention, you will also have to remove a few #20 or #25 Torx head screws as well.

Hope this helps.

If you just bought it today, why don't you take it back to the dealer you got it from and tell them and have them fix it?

if it's just the bulb, you can replace it without taking the bumper off.

video of how to remove bulb. it's off the car, but doesn't need to be.

First, I would see if the dealer will replace the headlight bulb.

If they don't, you can replace the bulb yourself, and you will not have to take the front fascia off to do this.

All that you need to do is remove the domed black back cover at the back of the headlamp assembly (all it takes is a quarter turn to remove it).

Instructions:

Headlamp Bulb Accessory Cover:
Rotate the cover a quarter turn counter-clockwise and remove from the headlamp assembly.

Headlamp Bulb Assembly Procedure:
1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the bulb socket.
2. Rotate the bulb socket counterclockwise and remove from the headlamp assembly

You do not need to remove the front fascia to change the headlight bulb, but you do to replace the headlight assembly.

Wait..

You bought it from a dealer..and they had not previously replaced the burned out bulb before sale?

If it was private party okay..but I would still expect to pay at least $200 to have it done at a approved Chevy dealer.
