New owner with a few Questions .

Greetings to All.
Just picked up my first ever Camaro on Monday, LS II .
So far I am quite happy with it but for a couple of minor items.
Was hoping you more experienced members could help.

1. Went into the menu and tried to change the time setting for the exit light.
I reset the value to 0 several times, then the display indicates the setting as such.
However, it still is delaying the light at 30 seconds after the door is closed.
A minor issue perhaps but it does leave me wondering if there are other issues with that particular computer.

2. I traded in my Pontiac Solstice but kept a full set of winter tires and wheels for that vehicle. Was just wondering if anyone knew if they would work on my LS II.

As I said earlier I really like this car. Only 82 miles right now.
The only other minor complaint thus far would be that the weather seal on the drivers side door does not seem to be seated correctly at the extreme edge of one side, towards the front of the car.
OK, guess that's about it for now, thanks.
Oh, I did try a search here first on these issues, but either I missed it or something else happened .

CONGRATS on your ride and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wives', husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Welcome-
In my car a 2010 the light will stay on for a few seconds after the door is closed. Check inside your book cuz you have a newer model. Also the weather stripping should cover under warranty. Take both and have the dealer check it out/replace. Seems like the light thing is normal if I'm reading it right.

And not a big deal I see it on here every so often but when you tell ppl you have an LS2 you might be giving the wrong info out cuz that is a engine name. 2LS is correct. Like I said no big deal I know what you mean.

The tires are 245/45 R18
They do perform great in winter.
The wheels are actually stock Saturn Sky OEM wheels .
The Sky and Solstice were essentialy the same vehicle .

You're new, so no worries, but you have a "2LS", not an "LS II".
