It is pretty bad when you have to mod a Challeger and then compare it to a stock ZL1!
Few people in the Mopar world think much of Hennessey. There are many reputable shops out there, Hennessey is not one of them.

Hey guys,

It's unfortunate the TorqueNews article was linked, as it's incredibly incorrect. Although ambitious and excited, which are good things, the author for some reason used all of our information for the 6.1 SRT8's and assumed it was for the green car.

The Green Envy car was a 2011, the video was to display up to 2013's.

There's a reason we all post on C5, and have LS engines in our cars. Not rocket science that the GM LS engines make much better power than the new Hemis, but bottom line is they're American cars, and they are pretty cool. There are a lot of people looking for more American Horsepower and we make sure to offer that. The LX Platform cars are quite heavy, and it does take some power to make them go. But for everyone wondering the HPE650 on a 392 car does walk-off on a ZL1, we'll drop a video within the next month or two.

Again I apologize for the Torque News article discrepencies, we just observed that, and I've contacted the author with no response.

Not impressed 525/482, several stock 392s have dynoed 440/440 stock. That's an awful lot of cash for an 80/40 gain in power. I am guessing they have the boost turned way down on the SC maybe 4-6 lbs probably due to the 392 not really being a boost ready motor.

Whoops just read the above post now it makes more sense. Lets get the real numbers MIke.

I'd love a GWE Challenger but I'd have to pay off my current baby.

I'm only 4 months in on that too.
