Thanks for all the tips guys! One more question for all you experienced racers. What tire pressure would you run in the rear nitto 555R's.
At the track, I think about 18psi in the nitto's.

I am now looking at getting some additional rims and tires just for the road track. I am probably going to get 19's. I checked on track tires for 20" rims and Pirelli makes some for $735 a piece. I think I would rather buy some CCW's or something and get some DOT Slicks for $300 a piece. Let me know if you guys have any suggestions.

Maybe you need the "return to LPE for the *AHEM* Floor mat upgrade?"

Between you two, it's probably a driver's race anyway...

Hi Speed,
Go with Windy's 18" CCW's for the rear. 18X11 rim.

NittoNT05R size 315 40/18 tires. (12" wide, 28.03 tall).

Although Nitto makes a NT05 345 30 19 (13.43 wide, 27.36 tall), but Windy's CCW only goes up to 18 I believe). this tire needs a 12-13" wide rim.

It should be one or the other for drag tires...
Here's a link for the tires.

These will be for road racing only. I will probably go with the Hoosier A6 tires but not sure on the rims yet. I have the drag radials for my 20" rims already.

Sounds like everyone is getting spring fever.....LPE has the cure.
Just pulled the trigger on the Justice drag package from Pedders. It has all the full bushings and the new remote reservior coilovers.
I will also add the Phadt sways and rear trailing arms.
Damn I really need to figure out how to claim this car as a dependent.
CCW's and Nittos should be here in the next week or two.
Now Paul has to go and find a really cool gauge and the list goes on.

570, I might just have to do a return visit for the floor mat upgrade after this weekend.

275/40ZR20 Nitto Invo on a 10 inch rim for the front
305/35R-20 104V B Nitto NT 555R Drag Radials on an 11.5 inch rim for the rear.

I like a burger every now and then but it would be more along the lines of
her petite size.

I need to feed her a few burgers. Windy can ya fed ex me a couple dozen white castle burgers. That might do the trick.

You should definitely have more grip with the 305/35/20 555R's. I noticed a huge difference last weekend with mine. I think I have to go buy salt pellets for our water softner, I'll just borrow RS's car and unload them after the weekend.

What are you doing under your car now? Suspension stuff? I guess we do all have spring fever. Don't worry about RS, he ain't heavy, he's my hubby. I'm the one that doesn't even crack 90 lbs. I don't know how with all this popcorn I've been eating the last 6 months.
