It's so little... (the picture, not the gun..)

MWS, had the car out lately?

It finally rained here good enough to wash away any salt that was on the roads. Too bad my car is in the paint shop...

It's going to be sunny and 60's all week here...

I can't see it!
But I am guessing it is a McMillan five-0!
McMillan rifles rock. I had one many years ago, (pre-divorce:() when they were a smaller company. I loved it, one of the few pieces I really miss! It wasn't there 50 but I have never heard any thing bad about their fifties! All good.
Gotta have good glass too! I have always used Leupold, can't go wrong.

Nuttin like reaching out and touching something a mile away!

Nice looking GTO , too bad it's being auctioned as a "Lingerfelter" - they'll get much more for a LINGENFELTER

Great looking Maggie all polished up like that!

I need to figure out how to get a little more grab before I can even think about gears. This local strip is like driving on oil.

Yep, I know the feeling - like this BUT with OIL >>>
Once you spin those street tires you really are driving on oil - just gets worse the more you heat them too.
I purchased 275 DRs too late last fall, so never saw the ground yet. :(
Upgraded to 305 after Lingenfelter decision.... of course they're probably shaking on their rims now!

Barry how's the driving??

Good call on the laser/radar detector Paul. Nice videos too! Definitely NOT a sleeper though.
Hey 2010 - driving is GOOD! Weather is wonderful, blue beast is getting lots of driving right now, and I'm LOVING it! In fact, had a funny thing happen this morning. A SRT8 pulled up to pass me on the inside just after a stop light, eased up when he got along side, then nailed it. I was barely off idle in 2nd gear. I waited until he ALMOST cleared me, then hammered the blue beast, and obviously blew by him in an alarmingly short amount of time. PISSED him right off. I looked in the rearview and waved at him. That REALLY pissed him off. Next opportunity he dove back inside me, pulled up along side, and scowled at me. Too funny!!

How's your riding going? I'm trying to enjoy it before the DA gets too bad here soon. But a new set of gears should fix that :-)

Yes, the unsuspecting public wonders... "what just happened to me?"
"how did I get beat that bad? I think my car isn't running right..."

If I can find somewhere to shoot the beast I may just have to get it.

For some reason I can't even get a bite! Mustangs and any fast cars are all of the sudden missing in action!! When I pull up to a stop light next to anything that might be fast I find myself in a race against myself! That's no fun.

I was able to get a good parking spot next to a cop in a police only parking area right next to the building at a school function. Then after the function was over I went out to my car and there was a crowd of people standing around it wanting to see the motor!

570 - that's exactly what I was thinking, my car looks 100% stock from the outside, so he had to be thinking "what in the world is wrong with my car!?!?". I bet he's going to have it checked out now

Paul - I had the same problem before the 650 package. I couldn't get ANY Mustangs to bite. My wife didn't believe me. So one night on a "date night" we just went up and down the freeway a few times through Reno. Sure enough, we saw two Mustangs (they're like hair on a dog, aren't they??). I was going slow, they'd catch us, see we had a Camaro and they'd noticeably slow down. They would not try to pass. It happened both times that night. I have only ever been passed on the freeway once by a Mustang and that was when I was exiting. They seriously will not approach the car. It is too funny!!

There is a GT500 that lives within a few blocks of me (not sure which house or I'd go find him . I REALLY want to catch him on the streets someday ...

My car is fast, but certainly not the fastest car at any street or track, but no one and I do mean no one has given the slightest indication they were interested in a street run.
