Texas State Inspection - Not Ready

I just took my 2010 SS in for inspection. There were three sensors; 02, heat 02 and Evap that showed not ready. The build and dyno tune on the car is almost four years old and has been without issues. The car has passed inspection every year with this same tune and build. These same three sensors have all showed ready in the past.
I put a new Delco battery in the car this past November and a catch can on which are the only changes to the setup. It's not a daily driver and only driven once about every two weeks locally when weather permitting. I've read up on several of these same issues in other threads and I've completed a couple of GM drive cycles but still showing not ready.

Any advice?

Ditto -- I changed battery, had to wait about 2 weeks before all systems reset -- EVAP is the hardest one period!

You can have only 1 system not ready BTW...

I had a similar problem last year after tuning. My car had 2 I/Ms that would not pass after multiple fuel fills and several hundred miles. I was able to run the Evap test using a Tech 2 and that was enough to get me through inspection.

This happened to me last March with my 2012 when I disconnected the battery to install my CAI. The shop had me pick the car up and I did a quick fill up and 100 mile joy ride up to Oklahoma and it fixed it for me. Got the car inspected an hour later with no issues.

What tech 2 settings did you choose to run the evap test? I'm about to run Chevrolet Passanger LS3 automatic... Did you use something else?

BTW, heated 02 runs after the car sits all night (cold start) and should set within a couple of minutes... Don't leave the key on when you turn the ignition on (not started) as it heats the O2 and you then have to let the car sit for 10 minutes (assuming the car has not started)...
