Knock sound from front wheels

Hi guys!

I have a knock sound from front wheels (this sound goes from front side and sounds with amplitude of wheels rotation), I can’t finde what’s wrong. I have this sound from 60 km/h up to 110 km/h. Sound like there is small rock in the tire profile or like a problem with bearing but I want to notice a facts why I can not understand what is it:
1. I have new tires
2. I have new rims
3. I have new left and right front wheels bearings hubs (SKF)
4. When I drive left and right sound don't change (if it would be a problem with bearing from my experience this test always shows which bearing is brocken)
5. I double check front wheels bearings and I didn’t hear any sound when the wheels lift up.
6. Wheels profiles are clean, there are no rocks

I think that it can be a sound from a tires but I am not sure about it.

Who has an idea what can it be?

Thanks everyone in advance!
