The dreary rain that hung around all day yesterday has moved out overnight but it is only a short break as more rain/snow will move in tonight. Should not be a big deal around here but it might make for interesting driving up the mountain on Friday. We will take the truck so we will not have a problem. Have a good day everyone.

Another day, Another dollar. It was a busy but not bad day at work. Just finished my notes. My truck (Daddy's Girl) started making a terrible noise today (only when in reverse) . It does not sound good at all. Mike took it by a local shop & they listened to it but they did not have time to work on it today so he has to take it in first thing in the morning. Mike is worried it could be the transfer case but that does not seem right for a truck with so few miles on it. I sure hope not. That would be EXPENSIVE!!! I need to turn in early tonight so I can run go with him to take it to the shop & bring him home. Cross your fingers for me.

Good Morning. Well it is D-day for finding out what the diagnosis is on Daddy's Girl. I sure hope it is something less serious that a crankcase. I also hope it can be fixed before we leave on Friday. I just don't feel good about either taking Pepper or Ruby up that mountain. Ruby would be a safer drive but she no longer has all season tires. Pepper is so small for hauling all our stuff & not much power for that terrain. I have no idea how she would do if the roads are slick in the mountains. ............sigh...........

Happy Hump day anyway crew. Just 2 more days of work and I'm off for a week & a day. Wooooooooo Hooooooooooooo to that! HAGD all.

Well it was just an average day. I only have a little work. We got no diagnosis on the truck. I hate it when the tell you several things it is not then say just drive it until it gets worse then we can figure out what it is. They still think something related to transmission. Yuck! Now we have to decide if we want to just chance it & drive it to the mountains, drive Pepper & risk not being able to make it up the mountain if there is too much snow or rent an SUV.

One more day of work!!!! Wooooooooo Hoooooooooo!!!!!!!
