I had a guy in a Ram Truck speed up on may passenger side, (while I was traped behine a slow car in front of me), roll his window down so his girl could take some pictures with her phone. I guess it was the car.

Last time I was up in Erie PA we stopped at a dairy queen before getting back on I 79. These 2 younger girls came up and said that the camaro looked really nice. I looked at wife and said thats why I always keep the camaro looking good. Her response was that they werent looking at a 60 fat bald guy

Yeah, I don't get too many compliments in my Ford F250.

The best one for me was when I had driven it to my work right after getting my plates and I was talking with one of my work colleagues about her 2008-09 CTS-V and my Camaro and this another co-worker of mine who must have overheard our conversation comes along and tell me "Oh that Camaro out in the parking lot with plate# is yours?" I was surprised the guy actually remember even the plates on my car lol... I nodded and told him yes and he was like "that is one bad a$$ car man... I can only dream of getting one" and then calls up a buddy of his who must have been with him while they were checking out my car in parking lot and tells him, "That new Camaro out there, that we were checking out earlier is his..." and then this buddy compliments the car again and then we just chit chatted for little.

I get the Bumblebee thing a lot, and always enjoy it. The best, however, was a four/ five- year- old kid at the gas station. I overheard him saying, "Look, Mom... it's BUMBLEBEE!"

Mom looked slightly embarrassed,as she was aware that I was hearing it, and she said to the kid, "Yes, I know, that car DOES look like Bumblebee..."

The kid then insisted, very earnestly: "No, Mom... it IS Bumblebee!"

(I SO need to install a PA system in the car, so I can have Bumblebee talk to the kids... )

I get compliments from time to time, but the weird thing is I always seem to get complimented when I go through the drive through at Taco Bell. No other fast food place really compliments the car except them. Odd, really.

I had a young, well endowed, blonde woman tell me - "I love your car. I would totally drive topless in it." Since it's a convertible, I knew what she meant. But I had to bite my tongue to keep from sounding like Pedobear since I am old enough to be her father.
