Making custom cat delete pipes

Looking for a way to set up my exhaust so that I can run cats with my headers but remove them pretty easily for the track. I have not come across anything readily made. There are several ways to make connections, slip joints and band clamps being probably the least desirable because they can be difficult to get apart. Looking for something that also isn’t likely to leak and throw codes. Right now I have cat delete pipes welded to the headers and stock suitcase exhaust.

Some examples of what I’ve seen out there so far. I like the V-band clamps the best. I’m in Arizona so corrosion isn’t an issue.
