Got to see the Performance Concept SS in person...

Went to the Mecum auction this past Saturday in Florida and they had a GM Performance trailer there. The blade spoiler, and especially the wider wheels/tires with the better offset make a huge difference on the car. I chatted with a few of the people working there, ended up knowing one of the employees through a friend of a friend, and while he didn't confirm anything, he did say to "expect something regarding some of the parts of this SS to become a package of sorts". I said you mean a 1LE? He couldn't confirm or deny that, just that something was coming...

Yeah, too shiny for my taste. Gray or black would look much better...

I love the tail lights, but I just can't decide on the decal on the back.

what size tire and what is difference in offset from standard wheels?
I will get the blade spoiler and blackened tail lights and paint the black on the tail panel on my Camaro. Want to go aftermarket wheels

I've ordered with the blade spoiler and am hoping the black tail lights are released before my car is delivered. Like that look a lot and will look sharp on nightfall grey with black bow ties

This is my favorite 2016 (soon to be 2017?) Camaro by far. I have a printout of it in my cubicle at work. All the little changes add so much dramatic character to this car and really improve on what I still believe is a very very ugly rear end in stock form. The blade spoiler, rear blackout, and black tail lamps add a lot of needed dimension and depth that I feel was lost in the transition from the 5th gen.

The wheels are too damn shiny. This wasn't as noticeable when the car debuted at SEMA in November when it was indoors. Definitely needs to be paired up with the ZL1 style rims that we've seen leaked photos of.

Speaking of ZL1 rims, I think this car is very close to what I'd like to see in a 1LE package.

Yes, it is...it sounded pretty good actually. I would even say a tad louder then the NPP when open, but this obviously can't be lowered and doesn't have the quad tips...

This car has 285's on the front and 305's on the rear. The offset is noticeably better, and the wheels I was told were 1" wider.

Boys I believe we might be looking at the 2017 1LE minus the stripes! I hope that since this car is already in FL I will see it in person at the Rolex 24 at Daytona next weekend! I can't wait to put an order in for one of these in about 3-4 months!
