What would make the 1le the perfect car

In my humble opinion, the only thing in this world that would make the 1le better, would be if it came with the 8 speed auto.

Agree or Nah? We all own the same car, so I'm curious what other owners would have to say about that.

Nope no way. You should've got a 2SS and put 1LE wheels on it. No manual no care. One thing to change maybe more top end. For a little thing, manual adjusting seats.

The 8 speed is a clunky hunk of crap. Manual all the way.

AWD, 1,100HP, mid engine, weighting 2,500lbs that gets 40MPGs and runs on french fry oil. Oh and a kick ass 3000watt stereo perfectly tune for Metallica.

Did I miss anything?

I got the SS 1LE specifically because it does not come with an auto.

What would make it better? 500lbs lighter, a bit more leather or carbon-fiber accents, wheel-sized trunk-opening, lighter wheels/19", and laser beams.

Yes, JamesNoBrakes!

19" wheels would be a real improvement.

While I like the styling, I'd prefer to have a lower sill for better visibility. And it would be good if the car were as large on the inside as it is on the outside. A little more space front and rear, without growing the car on the outside, would be great.

My 1LE is my 29th car, I think...it is the best all around performing car that I've ever owned.

The only complaints I have as far as your argument goes are the stock sound system and the fact that the car should weigh about 200lbs less than it does.

I don't really care about the speakers, since this car is not my daily, but it wouldnt have killed them to upgrade the system. My 2SS's sounds way better.

No auto. Purchased a 1LE specifically for the track capabilities and manual transmission. Had a modded G8 that got more attention than I care to admit but it was an automatic which was the worse thing about that car!

Automatic is for drag racing, and the wife.
Manual is for driving.

I'd like the head rest to go up another couple inches

Is there a video with the regular 1LE running that track?

Tell that to Lamborghini Huracan drivers. You ever hear the term "work smarter not harder"?

Lamborghini has as has many other manufacturers of some of the fastest cars in the world.
