Exhaust Tips

How many tips did the 1LE come with the exhaust. Looking to get a takeoff catback, but in the pictures I only see single tips for each side. I was under the impression that the 1LE came standard with NPP thus 4 tips.

The 1LE came standard with the single tip dual exhaust, if it was ordered with The optional NPP exhaust then it had the quad tips. The first owner of my car added the Z28 factory catback exhaust and also had to change the rear bumper valance for the quad tips to fit.

So basically the exhaust I'm looking at is the basic SS exhaust?

NPP is an option on the 5th-gen 1LE, not standard equipment.

I see you guys discussing these things all the time, but for the life of me, I have no idea what the hell they have to do with track cars.
