Been unusually warm here where I live in Canada. Snow melted and rain washed away the salt so I lit the fuse and set her free! Man I missed this car! Did a nice 0-100 pull on a Mexican sideroad to make sure all of the cob webs came out of the exhaust.... Mission accomplished

Warm weather today allowed me to install my ZL1 front wind deflectors on my SS.

I installed new MSD coils, Bosch Double Iridium plugs, Taylor Ignition wires (a strong Blue, thick... they look really good!), cleaned out the Vararam RA and BBK TB....

Then went out for a cruise... gave it some gas here and ther, still got it! Keeps running like a champ! 129k mostly-Highway-6th-gear miles...

Got waived through a construction site by a flag man and had an extreme forklift remove the passenger side of my 45th SS LS3. Took it to dealer and they said $10,000,00 and 4 to 5 weeks. To top it off the only car available at enterprise was a V6 Mustang. At least the Construction Company has deep pockets. Stopping for a beer today for sure.

Installed the LED DRLs. Easy to do - just turn wheel to full lock. Looks a lot better, especially since one bulb was blown.

Man this car is SO much easier to work on than my 1999 Z28!

Well , I did'nt do anything today.Feel like s#!t ! But yesterday I drove to almost Richmond and met with Abnav8r.This guy is cool as hell.I bought a set of rockers, front lip,and rear diffuser from him,but they wanted to charge an arm & leg to ship it ,so he drove 4 hours from West Virginia to meet me in Virginia.Hell of a great guy,we b.s. for awhile but he had to make the return trip so we parted ways. All of these parts are brand new and in a cloth bag that they were shipped to him in and painted Olyimpic White. I will have to repaint them in Red Hot but thats ok.

Looks good! The painted bezels make the tail lights looks smaller/different. Also, I like

Well it wasn't today but on Friday I drove the Z/28 to work after being in the garage for a few weeks, cleaned her up, took her to the local Cars and Coffee on Saturday, after C&C we drove from Charleston SC to Savannah GA to spend a few hours then drove back. Along the way back we stumbled on a few Mexican roads and was able to really open the LS7 up and hear her scream. Now she is covered in Lowcountry Snow aka Pollen waiting to be cleaned thoroughly and put back to bed until I get back from vacation. Once back from vacation I have a few changes planned. First one will be adding fog lights since I can't stand the look of the cheap plastic caps.
