I hammered it. I drove it at 2 a.m. , no cars out then - windows were half way down. If I'm not hearing anything that much louder then it was stock.
Very disappointed though.
Going to call rotofab and see what they say now.

I didn't buy it just for the sound. I do hear a pretty good whine on mine when revved out. I almost always have the windows up.

I bought it for the sound and appearance. The power if any you wouldn't feel anyways.
Coming from two hellcats and this car with rotofab is maybe a quarter of the hellcat whine at best.
Very disappointed in it - may try and return and try JLT.

Two things here.... It's a smaller super charger than the hellcat but more importantly you are not in tune with your car. If you can't hear the difference between stock and rotofab, I don't think you should be modding your car. Just my opinion, good luck.

The roto-fab is a nice looking mod under the hood and the increased airflow is a benefit when combined with other mods that can actually utilize the better flow. But it does not add much to blower whine. If you want a mod that will amplify the blower whine, the NX lid is the winner hands down. Looks nice under the hood, supposedly aids in cooling too. Pricey bling that makes your blower sing.

Yea been looking at that NX lid just having trouble justifying the cost just for more blower whine.
Really disappointed though how little of a difference it is with the rotofab. Everyone talks about how much louder it is, lol - they must of convinced themselves somehow.

I would reach out to roto fab with a video and see what they say, I know on the SS you can pull the sound tube insulation out and it increases the noise of the engine in the cabin I am just not sure if you can with the LT4. Good luck and keep us updated with what they say

You are the one frantically posting all over the forum with the problem that noone else has. Get a bigger blower if you want more noise. The ZL1 isn't a hellcat.

Not posting anything frantically. Just posting my experience with the rotofab. You know like the forum is intended for. Unlike your useless comments that serve no purpose besides stirring trouble.

MOVE ON though pal I got more experience modding cars under one fingernail then you do in your whole body.

Like most of us in here, I noticed more supercharger whine with the rotofab than the stock box. Is it a little more whine, yes. Is it a significant difference, no. If you want more super charger whine buy the nx lid or a bigger blower. Gotta pay to play!

So many unintelligent replies that offer no purpose to the experience at hand that I find with the rotofab. Comical.
If you do not have any actual feedback to contribute to what the topic of my post is move on please. Man!!
