cornering ability aside, everything else is true

The Hellcat will win hands down in a drag race.

The ZL1 will spank the Hellcat on the track.

I am not saying stock bs stock I know he will beat me stock bs stock. There is not much out for these hell cats yet as far as performance parts that's I can see. So I will add on the bolt ons and give that a shot with Texas motor speed way down here. Also I come from a racing family. I've been on the track since I was 15. I am 25 now.

Pretty sure OP is talking about a 1/4 mile drag race here... not a road race.

If you're still looking for a shop try seeing if HP Motorsports in Texas is convenient for you, their good people and layout all the mods you should get/why and aren't pushy or scummy individuals. I was wanting to get a mod done and I called a shop and they said that ohh that won't void your warranty at all, got a second opinion from HP and they didn't lie through their teeth.

My comments were based on stock hellcat vs. Stock ZL1...

Mods throw all that out the window.

I'm thinking if you already know that you have to mod your car for a change to beat a stock hellcat then you are already admitting you cars inferiority towards your dad's hellcat. Might as well say you win and be done.
