Customer surveys
Does anyone know how Chevy determines which customers get the customer satisfaction report?

The whole process needs to be reviewed. Lot's of dealership shananigans going on and nobody at GM has audited the process. The only time they are concerned is when an honest dealership gets a bad review.
Not only is the survey dated, it is impossible for any dealership to get a perfect 100% score by every customer yet that is exactly what is occuring due to undue influence on the part of some dealerships. For what it is worth, I will be bringing up this matter next month with Don Johnson, Vice President of Sales .

Yeah, the system has always been flawed, but I was told that GM no longer sends the surveys to all new car buyers, just a randomly selected few. I have never heard of that before and am trying to confirm whether that is true or not.
