It's been a single, complete flush with a specialty machine since early 2019, hope they used the correct fluid...

I snuck into the garage to talk to the kid doing it. He didn't know what he was doing. He said I've never done one of these before. I told him just follow the procedure starting at page 13 for cars with differential cooler. I went back to the service advisor and said you better get him some help on this. He said I will but you can't be in the garage. I said ok. I asked service advisor several times to make sure to follow the procedure and use Mobil one blue. He said we did so I just have to hope they did because I could not witness the procedure.

You handled it like a pro. My flush invoice quotes part number 19417577, yours might also be worth checking—although that still doesn't prove 100% what they put in, it seems your gentle pestering was effective

Thanks! Yes same part# listed. On todays drive she was even smoother. They say 200 miles for full effect. Car feels new again.

It will fail again.

Mine gave up after the flush after another 20kish miles. I had to have it replaced. Fortunately I had an extended warranty, that was nearly a $3,000 job.

Alas, the flush step can't be skipped... if the shudder comes back because the torque converter is damaged (which is likely, given how long the car had the shudder), then it's time to activate the "stage 2" ultimate fix.

yea, mine was completely covered under warranty so I dodged a bullet but the next time, I'm going to have to go my own route with it.

I buy the Camaro 6 year 2016 and my car have 4500 miles.
I felt the tremors. GM changed the transmission fluid 3 times. the problem is gone. do you think you solved my problem?
