You're not obliged to stay for the whole day...if you wanted to do two sessions of instruction/practice, and two sessions to drive some more...you could be out of there by 2p-2:45 or so, and hit up the museum. Just a thought.

Most will be dead beat tired and have all the track time they want by early afternoon. Shouldn't be a problem going right across the street for that.

Stupid Question: Do we need any type of TECH INSPECTION (i.e. NASA HPDE or NASA Yearly) or will there be a tech inspection on-site? Just curious.

Not a stupid question...We will be sending out a registration link to all who've paid at this point via email. Once registered, Hooked on Driving will send you a confirmation email that includes a link to a tech inspection sheet.

Just do it yourself, and turn it in the day of when you check in.

Have you been previously solo approved and if so where and by who: NO

Hoping to have a Driving course under my belt soon. But as of now, limited experience with my V8 Monster on a Track.

I spent a few minutes putting together the list that I am going through for this track day (tracks have turns, strips are straight).

Fluids Changed:
Oil / Filter
Brake Fluid (High Temp)
Rear Diff Fluid (6th GEN)

Other Items:

Install brake cooling ducts. (6th GEN)

The link to the tech inspection sheet is just one that is used by NASA. I think we will have a slightly different sheet, but this should offer some guidance. You should remove everything from your car (mats, glove box, clear out trunk, etc.), too.
