Rear bumper (lights, diffuser, diffuser bracket etc.)

I backed into some ice - didn't even realize it was there end it left a nice scuff on the rear fender. I am consider breaking the rear bumper apart so that I can save some money and just have the shop do the repaint. I found a good video for removing the rear bumper and for removing the rear diffuser; however, I want to know how to remove the bracket that holds the diffuser and how to remove the tailights, and everything else attached to the rear bumper that I may not be aware of.

Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks
