What is this noise coming from my camaro

I just bought this car Dec 3 and when the engine is cold and you start it up this noise comes

I took it into the shop and they said that it was the serpentine belt which they replaced and yet the sound persists. Does anybody have an idea?

The car only has 16k miles on it.

The only aftermarket thing that I know about is the borla exhaust.

Bad pulley or tensioner or both., losen the belt and wiggle and spin the pullies to see which one is making the noise. Also check the belt tensioner.

That is the exact same sound I had when I bought my car....shut it off and just happened to looking gown at the ac belt......there was a slight rear in it. Took it to the dealer and they replaced it under warranty. Been 3 years and never heard it again. I read about some problems with the ac belt before. I would never have known the exact cause besause it was hard to tell till i saw the tear. Your belt may not have a tear but i know by the sound its your ac belt. Of course I dont guarantee a thing.

Did they change the A/C belt as well. Had a similar noise, it was the A/C belt.

Take it back and tell them its your ac belt making a noise. Check to see if the pullies are lined up. Mine was just the belt.

Not an answer, but:

Open your garage door next time (don't want the next video to be "this is how I died") !
