audiobooks

since the C7 has no CD player, was counting on relying on my IPod classic and download audiobooiks. The music plays great in the C7 from y IPod classic but the audiobooks play in fast forward. Is there a certain version or format that the audiobooks need to be downloaded in?

I usually rip them to a thumb drive in MP3 format.
