Well, I just pulled mine out. As much as I love the way it changes the driving characteristic or the car, it threw the reduced power code for the second time in three weeks. This after having it for about eight months. I was able to recalibrate it right there, cleared the code and it was fine. But I feel like this is going to start being a recurring issue now. Like I said, I love the thing, but it is not worth having it pull this crap on the toll way going to work in traffic. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

It's just a fun mod. It doesn't add any horsepower or make your car any faster. It just makes throttle response insanely quick. A tune can sort of do the same thing, but not to the same degree. I got my car tuned last week, and I am thinking about selling my VTC. Even though the tune doesn't make the throttle respond as fast as the VTC, it's fast enough for me.
