True, but let's also take into account what GM stated...think it was Lutz (not sure). They said that the production model will be 12 mm higher roofline and only 3/4 of an inch narrower in total width...maybe it was like 3/5 of an inch narrower...I don't recall exactly. So, with that being said, this is most likely what we will see as the actual production model.

This brings one thought to mind. This concept is 6 inches wider than any Camaro ever produced. With the IRS and the width increase, just think of how awesome this baby will handle!!!

They actually made it more difficult for me to get the picture. I told them what I was going to do and they said, no prob. "But, you can't get on the turn table." Uh...ok...they kind of made it difficult for me, but I've got some long arms and managed...

I did see a video from motor trend interview at the Detroit auto show that the final production will be 5/8 of an in increase in roof hight and the width was 1 inch narrower. Which would account for the gas cap being closer to the fender edge. What I'm suspecting is that the convertible is closer to the final production car than anyone is letting on.

I suspect you may be right. Rumor has it that they have already sent out "bodies in white" for testing.

With the Zeta platform already in production on the Commedore VE from Holden, and as you said white bodies being delivered. Why am I getting the feeling that GM is trying to catch everyone with their pants down and bring this car out earlier than stated. I've heard on this site and others, that this car is the best kept secret in Detroit. Something smells "Gotcha".
