Indy Strongman 2010
Just thought I would share some of my fun this weekend. Indy strongman contest was held this Sat. and I placed first in all my events, winning my class. Instead of trophies this year, we got swords, which was pretty cool. I haven't figured out how to mount it to the camaro yet.
 The events and weights for my class Yoke carry - 490 lbs for 80 ft Axles clean and press - 150 lbs, I got 33 reps Farmers walk - 135 lbs for 120 ft Truck pull - 75 ft (I pulled it in 37 seconds) Tire flip - 500 lb tire for 80 ft |

Thanks everyone!!! It was fun and most importantly.. no injuries. Competing at my age isn't the easiest to recover, but I'm still beating the young guns and enjoying myself.

I'm kind glad I didn't get the spare tire option on my car after seeing that...
Congrats! If I ever need someone to pull my Camaro out of a ditch, I now know who to call. Screw the tow trucks... we have hrpiii!
