I'm asssuming the 620 stands for how much HP it has.
Saleens are known for being way overpriced. The dealership in Naples Fl. is also known for high prices. But there's lots of money in Naples Fl. Homes are over $1 million if you live anywhere near the beach. |

That's a good looking car! But for $100K.... there'd probably be a Viper in my garage.
I like what Saleen is doing to these new Camaros.

That's a bit pricey. Noticed in the features section:
"Manufacturer's 0-60mph acceleration time (seconds): 5.3 s"

Someone with more money than brains will buy it at that price. Surprised at the Street Scene rockers on it though. They did look great on my SS after all the fitment hell was over, though.

The write-up say "575hp, 525ft-lbs". I think the 620 has something to do with the 6.2L engine.

Dream Makers Automotive here in Ft. Wayne indiana just got Saleen triplets in. A Mustang BOSS, Challenger SRT, and a Camaro SS. These were each #10 off the line, and all white. Good looking cars in terms of fit and finish, but mechanically lots WRONG with these cars.
First of all, the hood louvers are NON-FUNCTIONAL. When you hit the gas they open, but under the hood they are sealed shut. There is no ducting to the CAI's. Second, they only used 6-spline(?) super charger and there is belt shavings ALL OVER the engine bays from the belt slipping. They said if they had to guess not one of those 3 cars would put over 500 rwhp. Be patient, pages load SLOOOOOW: http://www.dreammakersautomotive.com...oor+coupe.html http://www.dreammakersautomotive.com...oor+coupe.html http://www.dreammakersautomotive.com...oor+coupe.html |

A stock ZL1 would be cheaper, faster, more HP and covered by the factory warranty.

For the money, I'd wait for the 2015 Z06 w/the Z07 package.
