i doubt you had a gallon of water shoot out the tail pipes. Its not uncommon for it to spray someout but not a gallon worth.

A gallon? Was your car facing downhill while it was raining, allowing the rain to actually fall into your pipes? A gallon is a hell of a lot of water.

don't worry about it, It all evaporates or just gets blown out the back when you drive it.

Unless it smelled like coolant, it wasn't a gallon. Ever see dew on grass in the AM? It is normal, especially when humidity changes, to get water condensed in the exhaust. This happened after a rain storm. My car with the big tube headers will cough up about a pint from each pipe as SOP, when started up in the morning. Water condensing in the exhaust overnight as the temp drops.

Do you have a stock exhaust? Cus I swear there are small holes at the bottom of the mufflers(about a 1/16 of an inch) to allow water to drain if it builds up. I can't imagine a whole lot of water building up.

Def condensation that built up on the cooling metal over night like said above
