Anyone Actually Had a Reused TTY Bolt Fail?

There have been many excellent discussions about torque to yield fasteners and I completely understand the concept. I would *love* to have the luxury of replacing every TTY bolt I have to loosen with new parts but that just doesn't seem practical. So my question for everyone is...

Have you ever had an actual TTY bolt failure after re-tightening to the correct TTY specs?
