Call amazon they will set you up, what I did was get a refund on the disc and just purchased the digital version and haven't had trouble since

If you go that route when the refund you make sure they don't keep $20 for the promo like they tried with me, after I called they refunded that $20 plus all my shipping as well just an FYI

I think the most difficult thing is choosing what to play. Assassins Creed, Battlefield, Call of Duty, Killzone, I haven't even finished the single player on any of those.
