Wiper Arm Problems

The wiper arms on my 94 Camaro do not move all the way down when I shut off the wiper switch. they move to the down position and stop but don't suck sown the last inch or two when shut off.

What could cause this?

Thanks for any help

There's a circuit board on the wiper motor that controls the park function. The park switches or relay are probably bad, so the board will need to be replaced.

Had the same problem with mine. Turned out to be a bound up pivot arm. Cleaned and lubricated, now it's fine.
