Testing the waters continue with mods or 16 z06
So I just test drove a 16 Z06 today highly considering buying it. Here's the problem I recently ordered 5500 dollars in parts and have a appointment to install them September 12 at Cunningham Motorsports. I would be willing to sell the whole package for 4000 bucks plus you would get my appointment it usually takes 2months to get scheduled for installation there Ryne Cunningham is a great tuner if not the best on the west coast IMO. My kit includes Afco dual fan heat exchanger, lingenfelter 9.55 lower pulley, with harmonic balancer 100mm double bearing idler pulley, solid coupler, gates drive belt, 1000cc injectors,d3 catch can, d3 coolant reservoir, jba catless midpipe, 2step colder spark plugs, custom grind cam with all supporting bits, BTR platinum dual spring kit titanium retainers, adjustable melling oil pump, I'm sure I missed a few little things. All parts are brand new and in Cunningham possession. Let me know if your interested otherwise I will do my upgrade and keep my ZL1 I've been told I will be in the 600+ whp range on there dyno witch reads extremely low when compared to other dyno's (c7 z06 put down 515-520 on there dyno) I also would include slightly used RotoFab intake ww2 relocation kit and RotoFab big gulp kit for additional 500 and a dash logic display controller for 175

Not interested in buying your parts, but I'd definitely get a Z06 if you can. They're just awesome cars. They go a lot faster with a lot less, add to that that the LT-4 can easily make 700 WHP and bingo.

Hard to pass up a great deal on a ZO6. There are some smoking deals on 16 ZO6's right now. I've seen some up to 20% off msrp.

My local dealer is offering 17k discount. Would only cost 76k plus I might just lease it no tax up front that way. Sticker is 93k

I thought my Zl1 was the ultimate, and it was until I traded for Z06 vert. The Z06 is really something, and for me more, fun to drive. You won't be disappointed.

Go fast, please.

I am scared to look at a Z06. I want one bad and if they did the right thing with the price I'd be on it. My wallet can't handle much more lol

My friend just bought a Z06 C7... it's tits on wheels and can go like a raped ape! I'd trade the ZL1 in ANY day... but my pockets are running lean these days.

+1000
Are the Z06s on sale because of the engine blowing up issue ? (Serious question) Or are they passed that now ?

Its that 10% off tag deal plus Rydell is offering a7500 Rydell discount. I think it also has to do with the overheating at the track deal.

I agree that I like the ZR1 as much as the Z06 if not more so on the ZR1. I like the clean, mannered look of the ZR1. Plus the Z06 has cooling issues, might want to wait on the '17s because of this and no doubt it has something to do with the low(ering) prices.

Most likely I'm going to just mod my car. It should be a whole new beast when I get it back. I was just blown away by the power the Z06 with the z07 bits and performance exhaust. It was literally so much more violent then my ZL1. Made me feel like my car was sooooooo slow when I got back in it.
