You are seriously taking a statement a toy company made as fact? Come on…

Well, you came to the right place. Lucky for you I hold a BS in BS. Unfortunately, I really don’t know anything about anything… So, we are both screwed…

The Camaro will be produced by 2008, that has already been stated many times. It is supposed to be available for sale in showrooms in the first quarter 2009, maybe a little earlier

So far I have seen two Hot Wheels versions, red and silver with a few variations between.

Greenlight has five 1:64 versions out and there is an all chrome 1:64 by Jada.
I have even seen a few more modded colors by Jada show up on ebay in recent weeks. I'm still hunting the pegs for those

Hot cars for sure

The 1/1 scale will be available late '08.

As for the 1/64 Hot Wheels, I've been able to find the silver one's pretty easily. But the red one. I found one about 3 weeks ago and nothing since. :(

No one is really going to know for sure when the camaro is acutally going to come out except the suits behind closed doors. If it's any consolation, if it comes out later than you hoped, at least you have some more time to save for a bigger down payment. Lucky for me if it does come out when they say it does, it will be out a few months before Im ready to give my down payment. I think the toy company is trying to boost sales.

Yeah, the Silver cars are pretty easy to find around here, I clean off the pegs when I do

I have yet to see a red car on a peg however. I bought a lot of 4 on ebay and a few at a local swap meet last month, that has been it.
