Kelly blue book confused

My 2023 camaro ZL1 is not in any pricing book, can’t find a legit value for it. Anybody know where to get a good value? 6spd, non 1LE, 3500 miles looking to maybe sell for a new project. Just a soft check to see what the car world looks like

My estimate would be $67-70,000 depending on what options and what color the car is. There are quite a few listed on sites like Car Guru, Autotrader, Carfax, Cars.com and other similar sites for below $70,000. Most of the ones that are listed for more are just sitting. I just bought a Rapid Blue one with 1769 miles for $69,000. The market is not what it was a few months ago.

Looking at Edmunds.com below. Trade in values have dropped about $4k in last six months. So jfkheat is spot on with his valuations.

Trade In: $61k
Private Party: $65k
Dealer Retail: $69k

NADA is way off with their value estimates. I checked their valuations for both of my Camaros and they are off by several thousand dollars on both.

I'd also do a national search on Autotrader or cars.com to get a sense of list prices, both from dealers and private listings.

NADA, KBB, etc are good data points, but should be understood as a reference, not an absolute.

most people love the Carfax and most likely it have your window sticker and history of the car on file already.

Be realistic in your price and it will sell. Or you can be a dreamer and price a used car at MSRP or higher, like most on this site do, and just watch it sit. No sane person is paying MSRP or higher for used cars anymore. Not for mass produced cars made in the thousands.
