New zl1 owner
I previously had a 1le but was hit head on and the car was totaled. I picked up a 2013 zl1 today and love it so far. Had 1 report on carfax but seemed to be cosmetic requiring some repaint, nothing mechanical. I also had them do a full alignment. FYI...previous owner is a redksins player which is pretty cool. He traded this in on a s63 amg
2013 full optioned with 4k miles. Exposed carbon insert is cool . Car was also bought new in April 2013 so it hasn't even been none road a year. I just couldn't justify going down the street and buying a new 2014 for the same price I could snag a zl1 for. And honestly this is the ideal car for me. Has the mylink and the rear I like. Looking forward to learning about these bad boys....first mod advice? Dealer pics...I'll get some good ones soon. Last edited by Msmall143; 04-07-2014 at 08:48 AM. |

Welcome to the zl1 club brother! First mod would be a cold air intake, I would think.

Welcome and sorry to hear about the 1LE. You got a smoking deal! Everyone will say CAI for first mod; but I would get the clear bra first. These cars are bug and rock magnets.

I'll probably do the clear bra and get a nice set of mats. Then start a game plan for performance mods. |

Right on and congrats. We'll all be interested in hearing your thoughts on the difference going from a 1LE to the ZL.
