Took the survey, I'm more interested in seeing what happens after I submitted the survey.

Why send a survey out if you are going to listen to your customers and acknowledge the results you provided in the survey?
This is a waste of time and resources to go through the process. The survey took at least 15-20 min to complete. It wasn't a survey on how are you enjoying your Vette. There were some very good questions asked in it around the quaity issues with the Vette. I hope folks take the time to provide feedback. My Vette is shifting really rough in the morning and doesn't loosen up until she's warm, this type of questioning was asked in the survey so that tells me somebody knows something about rough shifting at certain temps. |
