Got my 2SS Hyper Blue and I'm in love! (Pics)
For over a decade I've had sports cars and tracked them. My last one being a 2013 Boss 302 (Amazing track vehicle for how big and heavy it is). Then I had a deposit down on a Z06, but a divorce ruined that dream. Next, I aimed to get a Shelby GT350, but they were priced almost as high as a Z06 with ADM silliness. I'm not brand loyal, I just love great performance cars. Finally, I began to read about the new SS and how it's a bonafide well-rounded sports car and thanks to an amazing experience with Jerry's Chevrolet in Virginia, I got her on New Year's Eve eve, what a way to ring in the new year and my birthday, which is in 3 days!
 Special thanks to Becky for all her kind and courteous updates as well, she helped make the wait bearable. I got the dual exhaust, black wheels and emblems and everything but the nav and moonroof. The vehicle is amazing (though I'm still babying it for the proper break-in period). Very nimble and throaty and the steering reminds me of my friend's C6 Z06. You're aware that you're driving a small, fast car vs. the Boss where it was a big and heavy (yet capable) machine. It's my first Chevy since a 1990 Blazer and I have to say the quality and finish are superb. Everyone who has driven it or gone for a ride falls in love and the throaty burbling coming from the exhaust is quite possibly the sexiest sound I've heard outside of the bedroom.  The car will hit the track later this Spring and we'll see how capable it is, but so far, I'm loving every single moment and find myself looking for excuses to run errands just so I can drive it more. A 2013 boss 302 is actually lighter than the new camaro.

Thanks everyone! LOL, yes, I will ditch the license frame and get a personalized plate. Have to keep the front one, VA is pretty strict and I got stopped twice in the Boss before I put it on. Got it below MSRP, and had excellent customer service.
