Transmission stays in 1st gear
I have an automatic trans and in sport mode it sometimes wants to stay in first gear. If I give it gas and go at a light and then let off the gas, the transmission stays in 1st gear and revs high. I have to switch modes to get it to go to a higher gear. Just got it last week has 750 miles on it.

Works fine in eco mode and tour mode

It's going into performance mode. Holds the lower gear for engine braking and faster throttle response upon exiting the curve. Just stay steady on the gas and it'll start shifting up again. Or you can bump it up with the paddle shifters
