2017 camaro ss

Hi guys,

I’m founding an issue finding the license plate light connector as shown in the picture, the first pic shows it has the connector and the second one shows it doesn’t. Can anyone help me?

You may need to remove the rear bumper cover so you can see what's going on. Looks to me like you have a broken component with that pigtail on the left side. The license plate light harness is attached to the bumper cover.
