Exactly. Better idea.

Who did your tune? Just curious to who you went with, you can pm it to me if you don't want to put the guy on blast.

You are in good hands with Mike @ Vengeance PCM! Definitely sounds like a tune issue. I'm sure he'll get you squared away!

This is a very non-technical response, but are you turning all of the nannies off? If not, the Torque Management holds it back. Even in mode 5, I can feel the torque management. To me it almost feels like an exhaust brake. If that's not the case, then I'd consider everyone elses input.

Vengeance Racing Tune

So after all I did need injectors! Most of the logs i did my fuel couldnt keep up with the upper pulley swap of 14-15psi. Went with ID850S and vengeance pcm tune.

I think you have maxed them out with the horsepower you have.

I honestly can't believe that shop installed that 2.55 upper without MAKING you buy injectors. 10% overdriven is way pushing the stock injectors and the absolute max you can get away with. A 2.55 upper put you at 18% overdriven. Way beyond what stock injectors can handle.
