Rate my Deal? 2016 Camaro 2SS

IT HAS BEGUN...the waiting that is. Put in my order just now.

2016 Camaro 2SS
-Exterior - Summit White
-Interior - Ceramic White
-Options
---BRD-Ceramic White Accent Package - $500
---NPP-Exhaust, dual-mode, performance - $895
---F55-Magnetic Ride Control - $1,695
---MX0-Transmission, 8-Speed Auto - $1,495
---RIK-LPO, Black Bowties - $145
---RY2-LPO, Black Metallic Hash Marks - $195
---S0V-LPO, White knee pads - $350
---W2D-LPO, Cargo Net - $60

MSRP = $46,635.00
Invoice = $44,502.85
My Price = $42,922.74

-This is BEFORE destination, dealer fees, registration and tax.
-I have also confirmed that this does NOT include any rebates/offers available at time of purchase...at worst I will get the farm bureau $500 and maybe another $1K.
-I am trading in my current car ('15 Audi S4) at $40K so I am only paying sales tax on the $2,922.74 difference.
-I am cancelling the extended warranty and service plan for the Audi so that money is coming back to me too (Maybe $2K pro-rated?).

Thoughts?

I'm wondering about the extended warranty. I'm sure it's different for different companies, but is such a thing possible for Chevy to pro-rate the warranty?

Also looks like a good deal, about 8% off MSRP.

It's Audi that pro-rates it...I've checked online as well as have called the dealership.

Pretty good as far as what I got. I figured I'm happy with my price. I'm sure people out there will get a better deal, such is life.
I ended up with 2ss, hyper blue, black interior, MRC, NAV, NPP, black bow ties, 56v rims.
Got two extra years scheduled maintenance and in writing a guarantee for the blackout tails at invoice price when they're available.
Msrp including destination was 46625
Got 44067 (about 520 lower than invoice)
Plus tax and 289 dealer fee was 47000 out the door minus any applicable rebates/incentives at delivery date

It is easy. Invoice price is not what the dealer pays for the car. Dealer pays a lot less than that so if you are reasonable with your offer and let the dealer know you are walking if he doesn't meet your offer, most dealers will sell it to you well below invoice rather than lose the sale. But you have to make sure your offer is an "out the door" price including tax, etc. Otherwise the dealer will play games and try to add doc, dealer, etc. etc. fees on at closing. With an out the door agreed to price, they can't do that.

I need to up my negotiation game it seems. One problem I run into is when I tell dealers I qualify for "Supplier Pricing" which seem to actually hurt more than help, since supplier price is above invoice.

EDIT: Also, confused by your numbers on MSRP. That same configuration comes up as $47,630 for me (starting MSRP of the 2SS is $42,295 + $5,335 options = $47,630)? Also the NPP exhaust is $895, not $695?

Sorry I didn't read the number right for the NPP...corrected in OP.

My MSRP is before destination or "DFC".

MSRP w/DFC = $47,630.00
My Price w/DFC = $43,917.74
