Should I sell it?
Hey guys, I currently have a 2017 1SS with the A8. I have long tubes with x pipe, e85 intake and tune. My car currently has 12,300 miles on it and I got it last year stock with 6500. I got bored of driving it. Don’t have the same fun as I used to. I installed the mods in June this year, and got a few runs in which was fun And won every single one of them against scats and 5.0s, but I never go to the track or out to roll racing events cuz it’s just not for me. Someone’s willing to give me $31,000 and I got it for $33k last year.
Always wanted an M6 1le but got too overpriced when I looked at them and rn they seem reachable to me. I’d feel like I’d have more fun in a stock 1le than my bolt on A8. Should I take the offer and sell it? I feel like no one wants to buy a modified car, and have a feeling it would be harder to sell later down the road when it has more miles, but rn I have the chance to get rid of it. Should I take the offer? Thanks |

If you have to ask, then sell it. I feel if you really enjoyed the car and wanted to keep it, you wouldn't even question it.

Agreed if you were happy with It, you wouldn’t even be looking. Not to mention “you always wanted”

By all means take the $31,000 and get what you want! The value of your 2017 will be less next year and if you wait then you will regret not getting as much as you could have this year! If you can find that 1LE you want then my advice is sell your SS and get one.

Agreed with all of the above, thats good money for a used and modified 1ss. If you want the 1LE, this would probably be the most efficient way to go about it.

No sense keeping a car you don't have fun driving, get the 1LE and enjoy

If you you really want a 1LE and selling your SS gets you into that 1LE, do it and don’t look back.
