I actually had a question regarding this. Maybe one of you has some insight. What benefits does this have over the 2300 unless you're at the point where you've done everything else possible to be able to take full advantage of it? What I mean is, currently don't you need full fuel upgrades, forged internals, etc before you even can max out the 2300?

We just changed to the High Pressure Pump in mine so I can reap the benefits of being able to run more timing with my MS109 and Water/Meth Injection without running out of fuel and we are expecting 10.30s or quicker out of this package at close to 140 mph and going from the 90mm pulley to the 80mm and around 12 lbs of boost. I've run 10.700@133 with the 90mm in the heat. I plan on maxing this 2300 out also. The 2300 can easily make 730 RWHP or more with the stock internals as the Magnuson Camaro has done. If you've been by one of our displays at some of the events, Camaro Fest, Hot Rod Power Tour you might have noticed that there may be a dual TB in the future also. Hopefully Mike will chime in on the 2650 that was shown on the Mopar on facebook since he is the expert on whats out and coming out in the future.

Don't be upset about the 2300 unless your going to build a 416 stroker motor with 1000+ HP

Kind of crazy as I think there will be 0 reason for anyone to buy a TVS2300 unless the price distance between it and a 2650 unit is vast.

The 2650's I have seen sit a bit higher and may require a modified hood - I wouldn't want a modified hood myself. Correct me if I am wrong on this. If a modification is required, i'd lean towards Whipple's 2.9l blower.

Thanks for the level set there, I think it's safe to say I'll never be pushing the upper limit of the TVS2300 unit. I'm the village idiot on anything beyond Cliff Clavin theory on anything automotive. With that, my take away was that it the TVS2650 has some efficiency improved improvements and lower power draw than running the TVS2300.

I'll be putting in the Heartbeat with an 85mm pulley, LT4 fuel system upgrade, flex fuel sensor, reviewing a cam upgrade at the same time or later on. After that and down the road...pistons/rods.

Same physical size. Doesn't sit any higher.

You won't be at all disappointed with the 2300, its bad ass and if you want to run fast on your first pass, you will. Mine ran 10.70 with a 90mm pulley at 133 on 7.5 lbs of boost. I don't know what others expect even with a 2650 when and if it does come out, but the 2300 has been into the mid 9's on Crashes Camaro, 9.90's on both Mike's car and the other Mike's car. Plenty fast and proven safe and efficient to get 25mpg. I'll let you guys know how I do this weekend with the big pump and 80mm pulley on about 12 lbs of boost. Hopefully 10.30's at 138. We will see.
