Buick also making a strong showing at #11.
Kia? Really? I guess it's initial quality, so I suppose this means they have those first 90 days nailed down. |

They're always near the bottom of the JD Power studies.

Owned the Camaro for 3 years. Never had a single issue with it! And I tried to break it LOL.

Cadillac seems to have fallen pretty far, below Nissan is pretty bad. Lexus took a nose dive too, aren't they usually at the top of these lists? Impressive results from Chevrolet though.

KIA is the brand that blows my mind with their placement.

Own 2 cars in the best category, Camaro and 2011 300.. Both great cars for sure
Cant believe Kia/Hyundai are rated that high, their cars look bootleg and generic IMO

Remember, ranks are based on the number of complaints. If you sell a car line with few amenities, there is much less to go wrong, and so you will score higher. Many car lines are downgraded for their infotainment systems that tend to be complex and glitchy. While this doesn't really affect the performance of the car, it does result in warranty visits. Quality instruction about the use of advanced systems goes a long way towards lowering complaints.
