Help for wiring Cut-outs

Just have a small question: how to wire the electrical cut-outs on an LS99?
Where is the best place to connect the electrical switch inside the car, if the switches should only run if the engine is running? Just want to avoid that the wire is always hot and soak down the battery.
Thanks for any advise.

I hooked mine up to the red/power in the center console. The switch is mounted under the dash.

If you have a power seat. The 12v+ is Red with White Stripe, and the 12V- is Black. It is under your driver seat. They come out of the seat controller.

Look up noweeds install and it shows how to get to the wires and has pictures.
