If you go on the build on the Cehvy website the price includes a $1,500 cash back. You can see it with a * by it by the price.

Okay, so I have had enough with buying Fords (Long story short they don't like helping people as i have bought 5 vehicles in the past 4 years there and all were top model roush's and my f150 stage 3 somehow cracked the block and they refused to fix it. So i took Ford to court and won back my $57,000) after that experience i refuse to buy another Ford and decided to buy a 2013 ZL1 Convert Black on Black, which im going to pick up monday or tuesday . But before I go completely through with buying I would like to know 5 things

1. Do Chevrolet dealerships normally offer good warranty work? I'm purchasing from Ferman Chevrolet in Brandon,FL (right down the street from Brandon Ford).
2. Not one dealership has let me test drive one ZL1 they had in stock is this normal?
3. say if I get caught in the rain should i have to worry about water getting into the Hood vents?
4. The car is 64,000 is that a normal price for the Convert?
5. How many people notice the car when you're driving lol
VIN-2G1FZ3DP2D9806211
Here's pictures of the ZL1

Yeah.. by way of comparision my ZL1 which I ordered in April and was delivered in mid May is # 7468. I don't know what the final # of 2013 ZL1's are, but I would bet that summit white has to have been on their lot since February. Good luck, and remember you control the sale. If they BS you, WALK AWAY.

I had to walk away from a lady i was going to trade my roush mustang for one of their ZL1s at gordon but the sales woman asked if it was a 4 door mustang then she wanted to run my credit and everything before she even unlocked the car so i could see inside lol.

Try Stingray Chevrolet in Plant City, I test drove a 2012 M6 ZL1 before purchasing my ZL1, I couldn't get a good deal at Ferman Chevrolet were I had purchase two corvette in the pass.

About test driving one, someone will have to buy the one that has been used for a test drive.. Would you want to buy one that has?

Before you buy one lift the hood open & make sure the car doesnt have the dreaded supercharger rattle. If it does, move on to the next one or you will be in the situation i am, paying $56k for a coupe with the rattle & now dealing with gm & the dealer to get it figured out. A REAL PITA!!!!

Yes.. it is caused by the isolator coupler that GM chose to run with this Supercharger. Replacing it with a $60 solid coupler resolves the rattle, but likely could void the warranty on your engine if your dealer service dept wanted to be difficult about it. The rattle does not cause failures but can be annoying to some. I don't really have it on mine, but others do. I don't see it as a deal breaker though I wish GM had a better design. You can see topics about this in the ZL1 threads.

I do like the way the white one's look as a coupe but convertible not so much.
