We will meet in the parking lot behind Backyard Burgers in S. Rogers off Pleasant Grove Rd. and depart at 8am, drive down highway 71 to Alma where we will pick up our Ft. Smith members, then cruise over to Altus on highway 64. Following the event at 4pm, we will cruise back on the Pig Trail. For more info on the event visit.

This is the backup event
On October 12, 2013 Max Motors in Butler Missouri is hosting a poker run and car show for cars. Mark Muller is the owner of Max Motors and is the main star on the new hit History Channel TV Show God, Guns and Automobiles. His team has worked with me to put together a poker run and car show that will take place at Max Motors in Butler Missouri. This is located 2 hrs and 15 min away so not far at all. Not knowing how long the poker run will take and not knowing how many cars will join us its best for everyone in Oklahoma and Arkansas that we meet at Jane Walmart at 9 AM and depart from there no later than 9:30 AM. We will make a quick pit stop at the Walmart Supercenter in Carthage Missouri to meet with the Missouri folks joining us at 10:25 AM and depart from there at 10:40 AM and head to our first stop on the Poker Run. The first stop will be Lamar Mo at Konantz –Warden Funeral Home for your first card. This will have a small drive down Lamar and a turn at the only stop light in town. The home is very cool, and has a nice circle drive for easy access to hand out cards. If there happens to be a funeral that day they will change the location to Super 8 Motel which is right off the highway. Second Stop will be 25 miles away in Nevada, Mo at Max Motors for another card. Third stop is in Rich Hill, MO 12 miles down the road at Swopes Drive-In right off the exit(cool old hamburger joint, but don’t eat there! They will have food in Butler! I would recommend stopping there for an ice cream after the event though!) Final stop for the last two cards will be at Max Motors in Butler, MO! The dealership parking lot will be cleared for all the cars to park for the show. The dealership will be providing judges. They will also have BBQ and other types of entertainment for everyone to enjoy.

The event at the dealership will kick off in full swing at 1 PM. Mark Muller told me he was going to give out some special stuff not sure what that means but I would not want to miss out on this. Not sure if they will be filming season two for the TV Show while the event is going on but will be cool if they are. Mark would like to shoot for at least 200 cars to show up. The cruise is Cancelled But the poker run is still on for up north were there is no Rain.

They were taken with my phone and my wife out the sunroof etc so these are the best ones.

Here are the details if someone reads them in time or wants to catch up along the way. Meant to post this sooner.

We will meet at 8am at Allen's Foods behind Sonic in Bella Vista and depart at 8:15. We will make a stop in Anderson at Stang's gas station at jct 76/I-49 to meet some of our members from MO, then cruise on back roads to the show in Carthage. This is a great show! Hope to see you there.

The weather is supposed to be nice and sunny all day so hoping to see alot of cars there.
