June 17th Autocross at Metlife Stadium w Motorsports Northeast
Typical almost summer day into mid 90's, nice and dry and light wind. The end result is wind and sun burn if you don't take proper precautions as with all risky activities, protection is important! That coated/sealed asphalt was literally melting, surprised our shoes were not sticking to it. At the end of the day, the rubber lines were clearly visible around the cone defined track. Next event -- July 15th. I put 3R back on the car and they performed quite well - much closer to their natural habitat. Good predictable feedback and plenty of talking when at the limit (when hot!). When cold, they chatter like a mofo. The clutch is also major pain in the foot, quite difficult to get car off the line smoothly without a ton of revs - there's gotta be a secret. Mine engages very far up, which makes it more difficult to modulate. Oh well!! V

What set up is that you used to film the laps? It obviously not the PDR but you still had the data on the screen.

Garmin Virb Ultra 30 - it can also pull data from OBD2 port, but i misplaced the bluetooth dongle. RPM, manifold pressure, road speed, throttle position - not many PIDs are available to use as overlay, but result looks cool. GPS is bit slow, only 10hz if I recall correctly, which is fine for track, but bit jerky for autox. Data is saved in separate file, so you can add/remove it when you get to PC or phone app.
I am not sure if braking / throttle is OBD2 driven or purely from onboard accelerometer.
