It's a 65 percent chance of rain on Sunday and I am being forced at work for either Saturday or Sunday. So i am not sure if I will be going to the Camp Courageous Car Show this year.

On a side note I took the car out today with my Bo white ported tb and my new tune from Ryan Stevens. Went out to do some data logging and it is amazing in the way the car runs now. It is so much smoother and I didn't notice any of the problems I had before.

My old hometown as well. I will be there over the 4th but without the Camaro as I will be there for a number of days so need to bring the pet.

There is one in Monticello on Sunday. It's always a big show. Otherwise you could also Google iowa car shows 2015. Usually there are a few websites that will have some info on upcoming shows.

The other thing I forgot to add is go to the cedar rapids corvette club website and look at their calendar. They usually have a decent amount of shows going on. http://www.cedarrapidscorvetteclub.com/calendar.htm

Just got an email from Orangeyenko. For those that don't know he send emails out letting you know what events are going on. I am considering going to this event instead of Camp Courageous if the weather is good.

Anyhow, there is another event for this Sunday. A police chief in Springville IA is having a car show gathering in support of his son who has a rare brain tumor. $10 per driver and $5 per passenger covers cost of Poker Run. It will be at Sally's On Broadway. The show is called Ride Like a Superhero. Sunday buffet starts a 9am registration at 10am.

263 Broadway St
Springville IA

Route includes Whitey's in Lisbon, Hale Tap, Eagles Club in Monticello and Waubeek then back to Sally's.

If anyone is concerned about the rain for tomorrow's cruise down to Bethany then just bring your regular car. This is a social event and not a car show. Though it will be more fun in a Camaro or other classic.

The car show at Valley West Mall is hosted by Classic Chevys of Central Iowa, a club I am in. I did not list it here as it open only to cars 15 years old and older.

There is also the Tanager Car show on Saturday June 6th and Rockwell Collins here in CR. I think it starts at 3 and goes to 630
