Performance Data Recorder

Question regarding the Performance Data Recorder.

For a 2015 Z51 Coup 2LT:
· The Performance Data Recorder (UTQ - $1795) is only available with Navigation (IO6 - $0.00).
· Navigation requires OnStar “Directions and Connections” which is a subscription service after the initial no cost 6 month trial.

The question:
If the OnStar subscription is allowed to lapse, will the Data Recorder still function normally?

Yes it will, the Navi and PDR do not require subscription

Hoping to see it in action !

OK. OK !!! I ordered my Vette with the PDR among other things.

Now while I wait, impatiently, for delivery, who has a link to video recorded from the thing?

I have watched the Chevrolet produced media. I'm looking for something fresh from a C7 Forum member.

You could do a Google search and find some. Or on YouTube. I've seen several there from real world drivers.

Here you go man, I shot this while driving back from the Museum when driving through Atlanta at night. Lost a little quality with YouTube upload but not too bad. Be sure to change video quality at the bottom with the settings tab
